Here is a wrap-up of the most interesting cat stories in October:

*The cutest kitten in the world Link>>

Meet Daisy, a miniature kitten from Japan, who My Modern Met calls her ‘the cutest kitten in the world’. And yes, I must agree, she is super adorable!

*Catroulette.be Link>>

You must have heard about the (in)famous chatroulette… Inspired by the idea, Brussels based agency Famous launched catroulette, aimed to help several animal shelters in their search of new homes for the cats they are sheltering. Not a bad idea, is it?

*Illustrated cardboard cat portraits Link>>

Toshiya86, a Chinese blogger, made some pretty funny portraits of her cat Guagua, using illustrated cardboard cutouts as costumes. She then cut a hole in which Guagua put her head and posed for the photo.

*A book of poems written by cats Link>>

Cat-lover Francesco Marciuliano just published a  book of poems “written” by cats on topics such as work, play and life in general. So if you feel like reading “Who Is That On Your Lap” and “Your Keyboard”, check out Francesco’s book.

*The world’s first Liliger Link>>

What do you get when you cross a lion with a tiger? A “liger”. What do you get when you cross a lion and a liger? A “liliger”.  Kiara is the world’s first ‘liliger’—whose mom is a liger, and whose dad is a lion. She was born at the Novosibirsk Zoo in Siberia and is being raised by a domestic cat because its mother is unable to produce enough milk to feed her.

*Why is the water bill so high? Link>>

When an Italian saw his water bill double, he first thought it was a mistake… Until he figured out it was because his cat’s new favourite game is “Flush the toilet”!

Have a great week everyone!
